| Glenoak Therapeutic Riding Center by Lisa Hepner 4-7-05 Is a magical haven that all disabled people can go to and for a few precious hours we feel as if we are able to conquer the world we are taught to balance on our horses and to stretch out our arms as if they are flying we learn how to tell our horses to weave through colored cones there are lessons on how to stand up in stirrups in preparation for the two-point fun games are played too and while this is all going on everyone is learning about the spirit of sharing but maybe the most important of all are the bright smiles and laughter as each leaves and we dream about the next time we can return |
